高透湿可重复用防护服的生产工艺Fabrication technology of the reusable protective clothing with high moisture permeability

摘要(Abstract):
为了减少一次性医用防护服对资源的浪费,提高对国家公共安全的长效保护,同时兼顾成本和使用舒适性,需要开发一种新型的低成本高透湿量的可重复用医用防护服。文章从面料选择、面料后整理到防护服裁剪、缝合与压胶等方面进行了针对性研究,形成了一套独特的高透湿可重复用防护服生产工艺,最终生产出了符合GB 19082—2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》的可重复用医用防护服,其透湿量远高于标准指标,且经过10次洗涤后,防护服的强力、防水性等均满足该标准要求。
