改性三聚氰胺树脂共混粘胶纤维的制备及其性能Preparation and properties of modified melamine resin blended viscose fiber

摘要(Abstract):
采用三聚氰胺和甲醛与对苯二甲醛在碱性条件下合成改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,然后将聚合物改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与粘胶溶液共混纺丝制备网状结构的纤维。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅氏转换红外线光谱分析仪(FTIR)等分析了改性三聚氰胺树脂对粘胶纤维的成形及力学性能方面的影响。结果表明:改性三聚氰胺与粘胶纤维共混所得纤维的电镜照片中没有相分离现象,证明二者相容性较好;且在力学性能方面改性纤维相比与未改性纤维其断裂强度提高了26.3%,说明改性三聚氰胺的加入改善了粘胶纤维的力学性能。
