超轻相变降温服的优化设计与热舒适评价Optimal design and thermal comfort evaluation of ultralight phase change cooling suit

摘要(Abstract):
为了解决临时外出、室内巡检、夏季停电等常见生活场景下,短时间内人们的热舒适难以满足的问题,设计了一种质量小且蓄冷方便的相变降温服:首先根据人体接触热舒适理论并考虑安全、经济等因素,提出了降温服中相变材料的选取原则;然后基于热舒适理论和热平衡理论建立了相变材料最小充注量的确定方法;最后通过实验对室外行走、室内静坐、室内行走3种工况下人体皮肤温度变化及热舒适情况进行测试。结果表明,人体皮肤平均温度在室外行走、室内静坐、室内行走工况下分别下降1.35、1.10、1.78℃,测试者均未产生过冷、过热等不适的感觉,该相变降温服在不同工况均可提供良好的降温效果。
